Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in your community?
Join us for the 2025 WAMY Warrior Volunteer Service Days! This is your chance to be part of hands-on service projects that uplift and strengthen our community. Whether you're part of a business, church, school, or an individual looking for a way to give back, we welcome you with open arms.
To kick off this exciting initiative, we invite you to attend one of our WAMY Warrior Volunteer Orientation Sessions. During these sessions, you’ll learn about WAMY Community Action, get details on our upcoming projects, and receive essential volunteer training.
Orientation Dates & Locations:
April 5th – WAMY Office, Spruce Pine, NC
April 12th – WAMY Office, Newland, NC
April 26th – LaQuinta Inn & Suites, Boone, NC
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
WAMY Warrior Volunteer Service Days
Our WAMY Warrior Volunteer Service Days will take place monthly from May through October (weather permitting). These events will occur on Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM in each of the counties we serve. During the orientation sessions, volunteers will receive a complete calendar of service dates and projects.
